Teachers are another agent of the learning process because they participate in a daily interaction with children, thereby generating a bond and closeness that promotes development. Teachers know the child's close family environment and maintain a constant flow of information with the family and other classmates, show the use of the materials and design complementary activities to their use, taking into account that each person acquires learning differently. They accompany autonomy processes and are close and accessible at all times. The teaching team works according to the pedagogical line of the school and fulfills around 300 teaching hours per year in workshops and continuing education courses.
